Operations Director

Patrick Cox joined Rainbow International as Operations Director in 2005. Patrick leads and oversees a team of client site project managers and trade employees across domestic and commercial projects. Patrick gained extensive experience working within building services and engineering across the US, UK and Australia. Patrick owned and operated a cable testing company in the UK for 5 years. He brings with him a wealth of people management experience having managed a team of 45 employees and contractors across multiple site projects all over the UK. Patrick also spent 5 years in Australia leading teams on projects such as the Olympics Stadium in Sydney, the Light Rail Construction Project and the Bondi Beach Volley ball Stadium.
 

Patrick’s extensive field experience in the areas of construction and restoration, coupled with his proactive approach to people management makes for an ideal operations director and member of the senior management team. Patrick is responsible for the implementation and management of all Rainbow projects, ensuring that all assignments are adequately staffed, that project plans are completed and that project managers and trades staff adhere to deadlines, budgetary guidelines and industry best practise. Patrick is IICRC certified in structural drying, applied structural drying fire & smoke damage restoration and RIA contents restoration.

Patrick is a family man. Away from the office he likes to spend time with his wife and children but admits to being enticed away by the need to golf every now and then.
