"Rainbow International's Keith Spencer, fire restoration and technical expert, visited our home through a recommendation from our insurance provider. Keith spent a considerable amount of time accessing the damage and explained in detail the step by step process involved in restoring our home.
Being in business myself I am well used to sourcing competitive quotes and second opinions. I had therefore invited two local builders to quote for the project. Whilst they were professional they were re-fit tradesmen and not fire experts. The selection process became clear. We chose Rainbow International as they are true specialists in fire disaster recovery. We knew our home was in safe hands.
It took Rainbow ten weeks to re-instate my family home to pre-incident condition. I was delighted that many of my personal items could be saved such as books and antiques.
